Opening the unit revealed that they're not easily-replaceable xmas tree lights. it's a neat visual edition to a living or games room.Only downside for me is that almost all of the mini bulbs have burned out in the front panel. these puppies are hard-wired in. Found this at a flea market for $30. Obviously this unit isn't about high-end audio fidelity.
It is a conversation piece, however. Someone had this and gave it to me because he didn't want it anymore. Radio reception in an office building is poor and the sound quality mediocre.
